The South Coast Events Forum was set up in the midst of the coronavirus pandemix to support the industry across England's coastal communities.
In these uniquely challenging times, a true spirit of togetherness emerged and, it was from this point that the SCEF was born.
We aim to work together, learn from each other and survive to continue to delivering safe, secure and well attended events - of all types.
At present, there is no cost to join our community of events professionals and companies.
The group is made possible by a network of volunteers providing their time and resources.
Clearly, this may change over time, particularly if we start to incur significant costs but this information will be circulated to members at the relevant time.
In order to join the SCEF you must work in the events industry, in any fashion.
We are based in Bournemouth with a primary focus on Dorset, Hampshire & Wiltshire.
We do, however, welcome associate members who are based in adjacent counties or work primarily in our region.
